ADULT FITNESS TRAINING
This program emphasizes motor skill development and long term athleticism for adults. Sports Evolution will develop a plan that will allow you to train safely and effectively in many different sport modalities. For example, train the same energy systems, in the same manner, at the same intensity you did when you weren’t working 9 to 5.
If you haven’t yet you must start to lay an educational foundation for your future athleticism. As the qualities that determine our athletic prowess diminish so does our quality of life.
