No Classes! Is that CrossFit Taboo? It can’t be CrossFit without the community.
At Sports Evolution we still embrace the community aspect and the relationships developed between coaches and team members! In addition you will never be left without coaching instruction, encouragement, and the motivation of others to push you beyond your limits.
So exactly how does our process work?
It’s simple schedule your own time that is convenient for you. Use this time to get coaching instruction, do your own thing, or practice those skills that seem to elude competency.
So can anyone try CrossFit Sports Evolution?
Our CrossFit Program is for anyone but not for everyone! We are BEGINNER friendly and emphasize the fundamental movements of CrossFit methodology. If you are a Fire Breather you are already on your way, so our approach with Fire Breathers takes another path!
If you are a beginner to CrossFit we are having your type of party. The process is simple contact us, schedule a time to meet your coach, and start reviewing the 9 Fundamental movements of CrossFit. It’s all the basics and exactly what you need to have a successful CrossFit experience. Rather you choose to remain a casual CrossFitter just looking to supplement your fitness or you want to breathe fire, you have to walk before you run!

As a Fire Breather you are used to eating fire and ****ing smoke. You don’t even need a coach because you can pick them up and put them down yourself. But you know and extra set of eyes is always better than one. Come in complete our CrossFit Specific Sport Assessment!
What is a CrossFit Sports Assessment Exactly. It’s an indepth evaluation of CrossFit’s 10 Physical Characteristics all that make up our health and fitness. In addition, it allows you to pinpoint your specific weaknesses in your sport and fix them.
