SPORTS EVOLUTION ATHLETE TRAINING
All Sports Evolution Athletes must first be Assessed in all of the following
areas.  Once an athlete has been assessed Sports Evolution can properly
integrate the factors into a safe and effective program.

CORE POWER
Probably the most used and least understood word in sports training and
conditioning.  Your core strength is important in building a solid foundation.  
Sports Evolution recognizes the importance of proper core strength and
integrates it into each individual program.  

BALANCE-MOBILITY-FLEXIBILITY-STABILITY
Sports Evolution will assess each of these components to determine
strengths and weaknesses.  These characteristics are often overlooked
and often the easiest to improve on.  These characteristics are somehow
related to every movement an athlete makes.  

STRENGTH TRAINING
Sports Evolution realizes the importance of proper strength training.  Proper
strength is important for speed, agility, power, along with many other sports
components.  Allow Sports Evolution show you how to reach your true
strength capacities.  

EXPLOSIVENESS
Find out how truly become an explosive athlete. Let others wonder how you
hit the hole so fast, or how you jumped so high.  Develop that level of energy
that will separate you from the pack.

SAQ or SPEED, AGILITY, AND QUICKNESS
Get your feet moving faster than you ever thought.  All athletes want these
characteristics but only a few have all three.  Learn how to improve these
characteristics and don't fall one more tenth of a second behind.

Finally, get people to notice your hard work.  If you want to play in college you
